Reviews from homeowners about their own experience with a builder: building a home, getting a quote, or contacting them. We publish positive, mixed and negative reviews alike, and we don't remove a review because it's critical.
Every review is read before it's published. We may email the reviewer to confirm details. "Verified quote request" means the reviewer requested quotes through Barndowise with the same email address. We don't edit what reviewers say, except to remove personal information.
Builders can't pay to add, remove, hide or reorder reviews, and paying us for anything (now or in the future) doesn't affect reviews. A builder may send one public reply to a review about them, or report a review that breaks this policy, by emailing info@barndowise.com.
