What you get
- A free listing in your state's builder directory, built from your own website: where you work, what you build, and any pricing you publish.
- Free introductions: when a homeowner in a county you serve requests quotes, we pass the request to the builders they choose (up to 3), or, if they ask us to pick, to up to 3 builders serving that county. You get their project details and contact information, shared with their permission.
- Reviews from homeowners, checked and published under our review policy, plus the right to reply.
What a request includes
Every request has the county, timeline, whether the homeowner owns land, and an email address. Many also include build type (turnkey, shell or kit), living and shop size, bedrooms, frame preference, utilities on the land, budget range, financing status and notes. Phone numbers are shared only when the homeowner allows calls or texts.
Free now, paid options later
Introductions are free while we're getting started. Later we may offer paid options, such as receiving more introductions or a featured listing. You'll always be asked first, there's no obligation, and your free listing stays free. Paying us will never affect reviews or how builders are described.
Get introductions
Email info@barndowise.com with:
- your company name and website,
- the counties you build in,
- what you offer (turnkey, shell or dried-in, kits, design), and
- the best email address for introductions.
Not listed yet? We list companies whose own websites say they build barndominiums in that state. Send your website and we'll check it.
Updates, corrections and removal
Email from your company's address and we'll update or remove your listing, usually within a few business days. Reply "no more" to any introduction to stop receiving them.
